Hannibal WIP

Hmmm, so I think I've go some basics here, but after playing around and deleteing/redrawing constantly I've discovered I cannot for the life of me draw running/foaming water; so we've just got some of the colour bases in place for now, same with the face because I'm not sure if I want him to even have a face at the moment. Any tips on the water, any critique is greatly appreciated! ^_^
